Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Pet a Day you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must be at least eighteen years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Pet a Day accepts payment through Stripe. You may purchase creator subscriptions, stock content licenses, business listing plans, and merchandise where available. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in a specific refund policy at the point of sale, or required by applicable consumer protection law. Subscription prices and plan tiers may change with reasonable notice.

4. Creator payouts

Creators earn revenue from subscriptions, stock licenses, and other monetization features they have enabled. Pet a Day retains a platform fee (currently twenty-five percent) of gross revenue. Payouts are processed on a recurring schedule via Stripe Connect or the designated payout provider. We may withhold payouts pending fraud or policy review.

5. Stock content licenses

Stock content purchased on Pet a Day is licensed under the terms displayed at the point of purchase (standard, extended, or commercial). You may not redistribute licensed content outside the scope of the license you bought. License terms are final once accepted.

6. Business listings

Businesses that register or claim a listing agree to provide accurate information. Pet a Day may verify listings, reject applications, and remove listings that violate our policies or contain fraudulent information.

7. Content standards

All content must comply with our Content Policy. Pet a Day is a family-friendly platform. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to illegal material, hate speech, harassment, spam, and sexually explicit material. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

8. Intellectual property

Creators retain ownership of content they upload. By posting to Pet a Day, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform and in marketing promoting the platform. Users may not reproduce or distribute creator content outside Pet a Day without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, access to purchased content and active subscriptions may end; refunds are at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

Pet a Day is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the site. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
